Since all of our items are custom, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, unless the error is on our end. We will email you proofs before printing anything (except for apparel items), so be sure to check them closely before approving the order.

Disclaimer: All colors displayed may look different in person than on your computer screen due to the individual monitor or screen color settings. For designs not produced by us, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the file is correct in all areas. Please be sure to double check spelling, grammar, layout, and design content. For any contact font, we recommend nothing less than 8pt font with 7pt being the very minimum (depends on font style). If the proof containing errors is sent to use to print, the customer is responsible for all costs, including corrections and reprints.
